1)  What material are your clothes made of?

The details page of each product (on the online store) or the tag (in the physical store) will clearly indicate the fabric composition. We mainly use cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, viscose fiber, blended fabrics, etc. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to consult the store staff or customer service.

 

2)  Will this piece of clothing shrink or fade?

We try to select fabrics with stable quality and recommend that customers follow the washing instructions on the label (usually cold water, gentle machine wash or hand wash, avoid bleaching, low-temperature ironing, etc.). For the first wash, it is recommended to do it separately or use a color fixer, especially for dark-colored clothes. Natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, wool) may have a slight shrinking possibility, which is a normal phenomenon.

 

3)  Is the size of this dress correct? / What size should I buy?

We provide a detailed size chart (usually displayed on the product details page or within the store). However, due to the variations in size patterns among different brands, we recommend that you refer to the size information of the specific product and combine it with your usual dressing habits to make a choice. Customers in physical stores: We strongly recommend trying on the clothes. Customers on the online store: You can refer to the model information, the description in the size chart, or contact the customer service to provide your height and weight information to get suggestions.
